How long does it take to process and ship?
All orders typically ship within 5-14 business days after the order has been placed. U.S. orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped. International shipping may take anywhere from 1-8 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).
Where do you ship?
I ship US and Internationally!
How are your clothes sustainable?
All of the tees that I create are made to order shirts. A sustainable printing company prints my shirts for me as the orders that come. The inks are water based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; their production is fully automated and paperless. This means each shirt cuts down waste.
Can I change my order?
Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of the order. If cancellation is desired, then it will be considered a refund return instead.
Can I return or get a refund on my order?
The majority of my products are made to order, in most cases we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with our order please contact us immediately at jaclynneanne@gmail.com
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact me at jaclynneanne@gmail.com, provide your order number, a photo of the item as well as the description of the issue with the item. I will get these issues taken care of as soon as possible!
What if my order was lost or delivered incorrectly?
Unfortunately, I do not have any control over packages once they leave the fulfillment center. If you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office or complete a help request form with the USPS.
