Important Announcement: 

Due to an influx of orders and major changes in my schedule, I will be sending out orders every Monday. Therefore, if you purchased items from Monday to Saturday your order will be shipped out that following Monday. Orders purchased on Sunday will have to wait until the following Monday, not the next day Monday. 

How long does it take to process and ship? 

All orders typically ship within 2-14 business days after the order has been placed. U.S. orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped. International shipping may take anywhere from 1-8 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).

Where do you ship? 

I ship US and Internationally! There is free US shippingThere's a flat rate of $10 for all countries. But all international orders that are $99 is free shipping!

How are your clothes sustainable?

Let me break it down for you! All of my clothing that I sell are one of a kind vintage item meaning that the items have not gone to waste but reused and recycled. 

All of the tees that I create are made to order shirts. A sustainable printing company prints my shirts for me as the orders that come. The inks are water based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; their production is fully automated and paperless. This means each shirt cuts down waste. 

Can I change my order?

Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of the order. If cancellation is desired then it will be considered a return to refund instead. 

Can I return or get a refund on my order?

Majority of my products are made to order, in most cases we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with our order please contact us immediately at jaclynneanne@gmail.com
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact me at jaclynneanne@gmail.com, provide your order number, a photo of the item as well as the description of the issue with the item. I will get these issues taken care of as soon as possible!

What if my order was lost or delivered incorrectly?

Unfortunately, I do not have any control over packages once they leave the fulfillment center. If you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office or complete a help request form with the USPS.
